1999 Pontiac Trans Am

1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Loaded with LS1 V-8, automatic transmission, traction control, cold AC, custom high-end stereo, KITT-like LED Scanner display, leather seats, T-Tops, keyless remote entry.
Car runs and drives perfectly. At 62K miles, car got new Cooper RS3-A tires, a fuel pump, and an AC Compressor. Motor is strong, recent Mobil 1 oil changes. Transmission shifts like it should. Brakes are perfect. Needs nothing mechanically.
Car is from AZ and Texas. This means no rust. Unfortunately it sat in the sun a while and thus the dash, driver seat bottom cushion, and door panels are cracked. I put a replacement dash cap on the biggest part nearest the windshield but their are still some cracks on the dash near the steering wheel. See pics for door panel cracks. I bought a replacement driver seat cushion, will include with the sale, just needs to be installed.
Stereo is a custom one with a Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth so you can listen to music from your phone, take calls or hear GPS through speakers. Precision Power amplifier runs the Kicker component door speakers. Stereo sounds great.
T-Tops leak like they all do, but I have the sun shades for them.
I recently installed the KITT light. I love it. My wife thinks it's ridiculous... but she thinks the entire car is ridiculous, so I don't take much stock in her opinion of the light. Comes with a remote that turns it on/off, change speed of the cycle, change colors and patterns. It's pretty cool. Leave it off when driving, use only at car shows as I believe it to be illegal on the motorway. The light is secured with 3 screws under the hood in non-visible area, can easily be removed if you have the same opinion as my wife.
Now for the bad part: the paint. Looks great in pictures but not so much in person. Car needs a new paint job. I tried to paint it this past summer and it was way too hot. 1 small ding on the passenger side above the right wheel well. So minor it won't show in pics.
I am proud to drive it and it's wicked fun, especially with the tops off and a cool breeze. Happy bidding.
