PLEASE: no insults, I understand the laughs from people that would like to have the car but do not have the money or it burns them to see that someone does own one, but don't be offensive. If you as an ebay user do not like it, please keep scrolling. This is not a scam but a serious product. If you do not have the money, please refrain from offensive language, this is intendedto be bought by someone that truly knows about the vehicle, or had one during their childhood or after, for someone that for sure $100,000 is just a number to them, because that is what this is, just a vehicle with a price tag. This is not a sentimental car for our family but for sure not was monkeyed around by any mechanics.
NOTE: Users that continue to private message me offensivelanguage will be reported to eBay and I will post those offensivemessages on this ad for the public to be aware.
PRICE: The amount is $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars) not $10,000, not $1,000. The $100,000 will cover up to 10% of the sales taxes that your state or country might charge you, that is covered, I will issue a check/deposit for that amount to your local tax office, this also covers ebay and its payment processor which might be pay pal or any other major credit/debit card processor. The amount also includes a cargo shipping fee of $5000 to cover delivery anywherearoundthe world.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME: If someone has bought an antique or let alone a classic car, must know that transporting of the item contains several logisticdetails. It literally took me 1 year to figure out all the logistics for a 1950 Lister engine. So for this vehicle up 12 months of logistics and legalitiesmight be involved. For the past 50 years, this Barracuda has been in our family since our grandmother bought it in the United States back in 1969. In 1972 the Barracuda was transported via cargo to Guatemala city, where it has been parked under a carport since then. We start the engine every so often to make sure no parts start to stick. This car can operate with either regular gasoline or by activating a propane tank located in the spacious trunk - this was an added option and very costly kit. This kit brought the gas mileage on gasoline from 12 miles per gallon to 16-18 on propane gas. Propane stations are easy to find and the cost of it compared to gas is also cheaper. This car is in as-is condition and no warranties are implied. The car might need several repairs such as rust treatment, etc. This is being sold as a barn find, untouched, not repainted, notre-upholstered. The only modification that we know of is of the propane fuel system. . With the vehiclebeing in Guatemala city, it will take a few months and up to a year to clear any paperwork and SAT/VAT/DMV fees and to coordinate the pick up and delivery of this car. It is not quick or cheap to cargo a car around the world but a $5,000 fee is included in the price to cover any location in the world. If for some reason, more or less than that amount is used, you will be updated on that. The price also includes ebay and pay pal fees. This will ensure the condition of the vehicle and cover it completelyon its way to the new owner.
