1989 Replica/Kit Makes Lamborghini Countach

I acquired this amazing car as a retirement project and have spent many fun hours working on restoring it and have over $50k invested in it, but due to other interests at this time I have decided to sell. This Lamborghini Countach replica is a 25th Anniversary Edition and is professionally built solid on a custom square tube frame to Lamborghini specs in wheelbase, length, width and height. It is powered by a very strong Chevy 350 5.7L engine with only a few thousand miles on it with a 4 speed manual transmission. The transmission and hydraulic clutch shifts through all gears smoothly. If you have ever wanted a clean and cool Lamborghini Countach, this is the car for you! When I mean clean… there is no dirt, mud, grease, leaves, grime or other debris on the car [like some other replicas] because it is garaged and only driven in the neighborhood on dry cool days.

Here are all the cool features of this “dream car”.
1] Car exterior is entirely wrapped in Avery white diamond wrap with gloss black wrap detailing. I have some extra wrap that I will include. There are just a few spots that need to be refreshed but honestly, the car looks nice as is…just look at the pictures. The body is built professionally and is solid and strong on a custom tube chassis, built to Lamborghini Countach specs. The exterior just has a few minor scuffs that could use fixing but are not extremely noticeable. The doors are perfectly aligned with the body when open or closed and operate easily and smoothly with weight-matched gas struts. The door windows are designed to be powered but the motors have been removed. Everyone who sees the car wants to either buy it, ask about it or take pictures and selfies. It's a real head-turner for sure!
2] The interior is black and has been redone with new light grey headliner and dark gray carpet. There is plenty of leg room and head room. The whole interior [i.e, ceiling, floor, etc.] has 50mil silver insulation installed to sanitize and quiet the cockpit. The seats are black leather and are in good condition. The interior is mostly new and is 100% better than when I bought the car. All of the interior parts like the dash, console, seats, and rear panel are easily removed so you can customize further to your liking. Also, there is NO WOOD or MDF in the dash or console. All parts are real fiberglass except the door panels which are normal composite panels which are covered in black to match the door thresholds and the rear panel is painted composite. The front windshield is new glass with no scratches or chips. The rear window is real new tempered glass and is professionally installed in an aluminum shroud so it looks nice inside and outside. The door windows are durable lexan with no cracks or damage, but could use some polishing.
3] All 4 wheel bearings are new. New gold anodized slotted and drilled rotors on all wheels. New disc brake calipers on all wheels and painted red. New brake hoses. No e-brake. New KYB shocks on front end. Less than 2 miles on all of these components!
4] New vintage A/C system, including condenser, drier, top of the line compressor, new hoses with high-pressure crimped fittings [not clamped], new dash vent hoses and a new evaporator / blower. I paid a mobile mechanic over $3k to install this ac system. The only thing it needs is to be charged with coolant. I thought I would do this myself to save some money, and was going to buy the necessary equipment but then made the decision to sell. This should be an easy job for someone with equipment and know-how. The heater also has a new 12v valve that heats the interior nicely. New vintage controls on the dash make it easy to operate and a custom made aluminum box in front under the hood hides the ac blower for a clean install. Again, this entire system is brand new and has only less than 2 miles on it!
5] Fresh protection paint under front hood
6] Two new red high and low horns
7] New hood latch and electronic popper. [popper needs to be wired – you pick the location for the switch]
8] Large radiator with custom made aluminum box with two 12” cooling fans up front keep the engine cool and absolutely no over-heating conditions. New digital adjustable temp fan controller with display.
9] Chevy 350 V8, 5.7 liter engine [possibly Camaro or Corvette] running very strong. One of the nicest things about this car is that the engine bay is very large and all of the components are within arms-reach. To work on the AC compressor, alternator, water pump or serpentine belt, just remove the rear passenger tire and all of these items are easily accessible from the unobstructed wheel well. How many cars can you sit on a stool to work on the engine? Here are the power plant features: - New MSD Atomic Electronic Fuel Injection system installed and tuned to perfection. This is the master system with fuel pump and filters and LCD controller lets you adjust all engine parameters. [Less than 2 miles on system] - New MSD red distributor with coil puts out a very HOT spark - New Bosch neodymium spark plugs - New red 10.5mm spark plug wires - New red throttle cable bracket - New valve covers and 2 oil breathers - New low profile air cleaner [could use cold air intake which would allow the engine to breathe better and increase horse power too] - New gas filler tube and cap [accessible from engine compartment only, not from outside the car so it cannot be seen or tampered with] - New 1 wire 105 amp alternator - New A/C compressor - Fresh synthetic oil and Prestone antifreeze coolant - No engine overheating - No smog equipment except for CAT and O2 sensor - Custom made fuel pump and filter rail - New fuel pressure gage in engine compartment
10] New Front and Rear calipers [painted epoxy red], brake hoses and brake pads – Less than 2 miles on them . New brake fluid and with vacuum assist brake booster, makes it easy to stop the car on a dime.
11] New front KYB Shocks [2] – Less than 2 miles on them
12] Refreshed interior with black dashboard and console, new grey headliner. 13] New custom made aluminum pillar covers, covered in black wrap with screw cap covers
14] New 2 din Radio with GPS and back-up camera [installed but speakers, roof antenna and back-up camera need to be connected]
15] Ansi Dual Exhaust Tips – Very LOUD!
16] Engine lid latch / popper is wired to hidden switch at the rear so it is easy to open. This is the same for the trunk popper and latch which is brand new. The clean trunk houses the battery and has lots of spare room for goodies.
17] New radio [needs to be connected to speakers] and roof mounted antenna [needs to be connected to radio]
18] Rims are lambo replicas and in great condition. Tires are the correct size and width for this car and have plenty of tread / life. The rear tires are very wide in back like real lambo and this turns a lot of heads!
19] New 50mil silver insulation installed in entire interior for sanitation and insulation. This makes the interior clean, quiet and comfortable.
20] Door poppers on front hood, drivers door, passengers door, engine lid and trunk lid. Push button switches are conveniently installed on outside to open these doors. There is also an emergency pull cable to open the trunk lid if the battery gets low. The interior doors also have door pull handles to open them on the inside.
21] Headlights open/close, fog lights, marker lights, turn signals, emergency signals work as they should
22] All Elan gages have led bulbs for backlight and work perfectly
23] Windshield dual wiper with pantograph arm [like real Lambo] works as it should [wiring plug disconnected to protect front windshield]
24] New front windshield and new rear tempered glass window with custom made aluminum shroud in back
25] New digital radiator fan controller with LED display which is user programmed for on/off temp installed in front trunk
26] New ignition switch and hi-beam switch for dependable operation
27] New 3 point seat belts
28] New adjustable rails for seats. Seats are real leather. Driver seat has small hole which can be fixed but is not easily noticeable.
29] New rear view mirror with built-in LCD screen to display 2nd back-up camera [just needs to be connected to power and ground and install camera] [7” radio has this option also]
30] Heavy duty adjustable coil struts in back with new KYB shocks in front 31] Steel floor pan in interior –completely rust free
32] Car is titled as a 1989 Lamborghini - Classic, and the title is clear. The VIN number is:
8100017713234. Ebay won't let me add it in the listing. Ibelieve the car was originally built back east by a very well-known replica builder.I believe that I am the third owner. It is currently located in California but is not registered in California, so it will not pass smog inspection unless all smog equipment is put back on the car. Because of its year, you can register it as a “classic” and get special “historical” plates in many states if you want. You are welcome to visit the car in person and inspect it or send a mechanic to inspect the vehicle before buying. I am not sure of the actual mileage.
33] Car needs weatherstripping installed, which can be purchased on ebay. Car has always been garaged and never driven in the rain since I have owned it.
34] The wrap is not perfect and some areas were slightly damaged during restoration but have been patched to the best of my ability. Actually, my plan was to strip the car and paint it black and paint the wheels gold. Most of the interior is new and nice but can always be improved and customized to your liking.
35] Some car components / parts are Pontiac Fiero so this makes it easy to find replacement parts. However, the frame is custom made tubular steel to Lamborghini specs in wheel base, length and width and there is nothing Fiero about the chassis, interior, engine or body.
36] There is no way to tell that this car is not a real Lambo when looking at it unless you pop the engine lid. For the time I have had this car and the amount of hours I have worked on it, I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute! By far, this is the best replica that I have ever owned. The car is amazing… it looks great, drives great, is loads of fun and is a real attention getter! Everyone just stares with amazement! I often go in the garage myself and do the same! With the new MSD Atomic fuel injection installed, the car starts right up without hesitation every time and is a pleasure to drive.
37] The only thing the car needs is weatherstripping, re-fresh some spots with diamond wrap, wire up radio speakers and roof antenna, wire up front hood popper, and have the ac system charged up. Iam sure you would want to make other improvements over time to make this "dream car" yours. And, this is what makes owning this car FUN!!!

Now is your chance to own this great car and have some fun!
