1966 Chevrolet Nova

66 Nova Project. Not Running. I am moving, so I had to stop work on it. So many things are left undone. This was an old drag car for decades. The good, it never rusted. Wasn't on the streets. Floors have never been touched. No rust, no repairs. The bad, it was a racecar. Has been back halfed. Will never be a show car in my opinion. Has the years of bumps and bruises that race cars get. Has race car quality paint. I wanted a street car. A hotrod to drive. I stripped most of the race components off and sold them. Replaced them with parts I've found at car shows ect. I have 99% of the parts needed. It was a roller when I got it. Has a fairly mild 350 in it now. Installed, not plumbed. A completely fresh rebuilt TH350 trans. installed (never run). Sold the narrowed Dana, purchased a 67 Nova 10 bolt, installed. Perfect windshield. All the other glass is nice as well. The window regulators were left in, a big plus for a street car. The dash was not cut, just stripped. I have bought everything to complete the dash. Full roll cage, I cut out the side door bars for easier entry. Haven't decided if I want the rest removed. Sold the fiberglass hood and trunk lid, replaced with steel originals. Hood is blue, trunk is red but not same red. Nice straight bumpers. Have full flo-master exhaust with headers. Extra rear nos quarter panels, for just in case. I found them couldn't pass them up. Sold the fiberglass race bucket, found a restorable 66 Nova bench. Sold racing steering wheel, found a 66 Nova. Sold the racing tires, now has New Cragars on front with new tires. Rears are new tires and wheels also. Can't remember the wheels brand. It ran a big block, as the shock towers are shaved, nice job, nice addition, as a BBC is now an option for a real monster street car. I'm sure I'm forgetting many things. Feel free to call. This is a Project. A great rare desirable car that has sored out of reach for many classic car lovers. This car needs brakes, engine plumbed, interior gone through ect. But the floors are rock solid, and that makes it worth while to be a very nice driver quality street cruiser. If you want a pristine 118 SS I suggest you pony up another 30 or 40K! It is what it is... A nice solid start on a very desirable year and model classic car. This is for sale locally so can be removed at any time. $1000 holds it for 1 month. $2000 for 2 months... ect. NOTE: I have different options if you want to buy all or part of this auction. IF you don't fully understand what I'm saying here PLEASE CALL FIRST (269-223-2763) BEFORE hitting Buy It Now. (1) Car with ALL parts described, and everything I have that I forgot to mention: $12,500.00. (2) Car with all described above, MINUS the engine and trans: $11,500.00. Also, you can deduct $500.00 from either (1 or 2) if you don't want the quarter panels. And one last option: I have an Aluma 18 ft aluminum open car hauler, with winch and tool box (see picture) I will offer the winner of this 66 Nova, for $3500.00. If you are not needing a trailer, no problem, I am just offering as a nice package price before I list it separately. The picture of the Nova with the black scooped hood was as this car was in racing form. Clear Michigan title in my name. Questions: 269-223-2763
